Double-Layer PES Membrane · Final Filtration

Cobetter Duredunty Filter Cartridges are made of a unique double-layer PES membrane and are designed as final filter for dye-based ink jet inks filtration. The double-layer membrane provides excellent filtration efficiency and can eliminate most of the difficulties encountered by inadequate removal efficiency.

· Double-layer membrane provides excellent filtration efficiency and highest assurance of ink quality.

· Built in Asymmetric prefilter layer for longer life time and excellent gel removal.

· Recommended for ecosolvent ink gel removal.

· Hydrophilic membrane with low initial differential pressure.

· Each element is individually integrity tested to ensure filter quality.

· The filter’s bubble point ≥5bar with 0.1+0.03 removal ratings.

· Provides broad chemical compatibility (pH1-14); excellent compatibility with dye-based ink chemistries.
