EnCap Filter Cartridges

Polypropylene Media

Cobetter EnCap Easy Change Filter Cartridge, with a polypropylene outer shell, uses encapsulated technology. They are specially designed to provide increased efficiency and safety in the ink manufacturing process. No adhesives or glue are used in the manufacturing process, and all bonding is done by thermal welding.    



Cost Reduction: reduce change-out and cleaning time.


Provides Addtional Safety: eliminates exposure of solvents and other hazardous materials by direct contact and evaporating of chemicals into the work environment

多种滤芯配置选择

可以根据不同的机型和墨水，选择不同的内部滤芯配置，我们可以提供高精度的INKPP，长寿命选择INKPPC，高流速选择INKPPJ分别适用于喷绘机，陶瓷机，喷码机等。争对于印染高速机，我们特别推出了INKPS配置，超高精度配置，能将墨水中的颗粒进行有效拦截。

合理的结构设计

除了正常的进出口之外，配备了排气，排液口，使过滤器操作更有效。

全系列防纤维脱落设计

cobetter独创的采用纤维热熔处理技术，从根本解决纤维脱落的现象，更好地保护打印机的喷头。

热熔焊接

全过程采用热熔焊接技术，无任何胶黏剂粘合，保证过滤器的纯净度。同时可以提供更好的耐压性能。增加了适用于UV墨水的外壳。
